Working as the key Account Manager for this client, essentially as an extension to their Marketing Communications and Digital Teams. Offering a range of services, including managing a team of developers and designers who provide support and maintenance, programming, HTML development, graphic design and website development.

Personally responsible for maintaining a close relationship over the period of 3+ years and working on key projects that facilitate a wide range of digital and marketing requirements across the entire group.

CBR Region - Tourism Website

The Canberra Region website is a celebration of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), incorporating the City, Coast, Alpine and Tablelands regions.

I worked closely with stakeholders within the Chief Minister, Treasury & Economic Development Directorate and also with stakeholders from Local Government Areas across the entire region, to deliver a website that showcases the diversity within the CBR Region.

The website focusses on local businesses and what they have to offer visitors and key pillars were defined in regards to living, visiting and investing throughout the whole region.

ALWS - eCommerce platforM

Working closely with the Australian Lutheran World Service (ALWS) team in Melbourne, Australia. I project managed the build of a new website that has a clear, focused user experience allowing visitors to learn about the work ALWS does around the world and gives donors the ability to buy virtual gifts and make donations to a wide variety of causes, countries and emergency appeals.

Airservices Australia – Weather CamS

Underwent a full technical discovery and consultation for the development of this project with multiple stakeholders across different departments within the organisation. Customised WordPress build to enable control and syncing of live images from camera feeds delivered by the Bureau of Meteorology.

In addition to this, worked onsite with the client to deploy the website within their internal infrastructure on a WAMP stack.

Campaign for Better Hearing

The Campaign for Better Hearing is an initiative that helps Australians find and receive accessible healthcare through hearing tests and appointed specialists through an online platform. I worked closely with the marketing team at PRS Group to ensure the website was designed according to brand guidelines and all requirements with integrating clinic locations and call centre systems were met – in order to maximise lead generation through the platform.

DGS – PRS Group Clinic Availability Dashboard

Key project to simplify work-processes and streamline the booking of hearing-clinic appointments. Project managed and designed a dashboard to replace numerous systems with one portal.

With over 400 clinics and 60 call centre staff, the dashboard needed to be intuitive and easy to use, allowing call centre operators to see availability of clinicians across all clinics, states and also filter by a specific clinic's brand.

Platform is an internally hosted solution so no url is available.

Visit Hilltops Region - Tourism Website

The Hilltops Region website is an exhibition and celebration of a rich countryside with amazing food & wine, history, festivals, stories and trails. Working with Hilltops Council, I project managed the design and build of a new website, showcasing all the beauty, events and attractions the region has to offer.

This project relied heavily on integrating with the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse ATLAS 2 API, syncing listings from their database.

There was also a need to have the site multilingual due to the large Chinese population that visit the area.
